Sign inIf you have a problem which you feel can wait then you can contact the surgery to book an appointment with the GP of your choice (provided they have available appointments) up to two weeks in advance.
If you feel your problem is urgent and cannot wait until the next available routine appointment then please contact the surgery that day. Unfortunately we may not be able to offer you the GP of your choice.
We also offer a telephone appointment service at the Practice for patients who wish to speak to a GP rather than see the GP in the surgery. Please ask for this service. The doctor will then phone you back however please note that we are unable to give you an exact time when the doctor will call therefore we would ask that you try to keep your line free. Please remember to let us know which number you would prefer the doctor to phone you on.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact the Practice to let the receptionist know. If you do not attend your appointment without letting us know in advance this will be noted in your record as a “Did Not Attend” and if this should happen repeatedly then you may be removed from our Practice list.
