Sign inAs of January 2023 we will no longer accept telephone calls to order routine repeat medication however there are a number of other ways in which you can order your repeat prescription medications.
You should receive a tear off order form as part of your prescription. You can tick the medication you require and hand this in either to the surgery or the pharmacy you are in the habit of using and they will bring it to the surgery. Your prescription should be ready for collection within 48 hours. If you use the pharmacy collection service then your prescription will automatically be collected by the pharmacy you have nominated. Please remember to let us know if you change your pharmacy to allow us to update your records and prevent your prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy.

You can also order your repeat medication online via Patient Access. Please visit their page for more information or speak to one of our receptionists who will provide you with the necessary information to allow you to create an account.
If you run out of your prescribed medication when the Practice is closed your usual pharmacy may be able to provide you with an emergency supply however this would be at their discretion.
